The Cafe at Cafe Royal London
London’s ﬁrst dessert restaurant has opened at The Café in the iconic Hotel Café Royal on Regent Street. Created by executive pastry chef Sarah Barber, each carefully orchestrated menu includes a range of savoury bites to prepare the palate, before oﬀering a unique journey of sweet plates. The ‘Sarah in Wonderland’ menu features ﬁve courses, starting with savouries such as the ‘Milky Way’, with goat’s cheese, wild honey and beetroot snow. Guests can then experience a journey of Sarah’s Alice in Wonderland-inspired desserts, such as the ‘Eat Me, Drink Me’ (Snickers, chocolate malt shake). Three-course ‘Childhood Memories’ menus are also available, comprising Sarah’s take on nostalgic favourites.
