With 14 years of culinary experience, including a Michelin-starred establishment in France, the German-born chef heads the culinary team of the modern European restaurant and lounge. Chef Jan’s artfully crafted menus feature comforting French flavours with his own modern twist, exemplified in his signature 24-dish à la carte menu. With three private dining rooms, Lobo restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner. Available on weekdays, the two-or three-course business lunch features a menu of light yet intricate signature dishes that rotate every two weeks.
