Situated in the chic boutique hotel Yan’s House Hotel in Bali, the casual fine-dining Codegrafiti Restaurant explores Indonesia’s fresh natural ingredients in original combinations which deliver rich, memorable tastes that delight the senses. As well as serving up an array of tantalising dishes for à la carte lunch and dinner, such as cod fish No.7 with beetroot juice and mussel mousseline, and beef massaman deconstruction, the hero of the menu is the 6-course dégustation Code Grafiti option. With more than two decades of experience, Codegrafiti’s Chef Bondan Yuliarso took about six months to create the menu, “Codegrafiti Restaurant is a new entity”, he enthuses. “It’s a manifestation of our creative effort, freedom and flair for the exotic, unique recipes.” The spacious 40-seat restaurant is bright and welcoming with a casual atmosphere, and designed so you can sit in comfort and watch the culinary show unfold in the open kitchen, where Chef Bondan Yuliarso and Chef Dewa Mayun flex their creativity order by order for each delicious dish.
